Community & Amenities: Vibrant community that celebrates festivals together, pretty happy to see the organisers include the support staff and their families in the recent Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Club-house includes a gym (average relative to an external dedicated place), swimming pool, squash court, billards/pool etc. The complex has secure access with good privacy. Namdhari's sets up a fresh vegetable kiosk twice a week, which is very convenient. Has municipal (Cauvery) water supply, which is a huge benefit. Power backup is available.
Environment: Pleasant walking/jogging paths within the complex. Set slightly back from the main road, so traffic noise is minimal a peaceful living environment.
Maintenance: Well-maintained complex, the usual niggles with lifts exist. Very responsive support and security team.
Areas for improvement: I would have loved to have more open space for socialising and games.
Having lived across multiple cities and apartment complexes, I can confidently say this has been one of the best.
