Terms and Conditions
Each plot measuring 40x30= 1200sqft./ 50x30=1500sqft./40x50= 2000sqft.
The registration of plots will be made after full and final payment.
Payment should be made by Cash / A/c payee cheque / DD in favour of Martine Infra Project (P) Ltd. Bhubaneswar.
Corner plot bear an extra charges 15% of the total cost.
The installment should be paid on or before 5th of every month.
Members who do not pay their monthly installment continuously for 3 months will be deleted from the scheme as per the company rules without any notice.
The registration charges including stamp duty and allied expenses will be borne by the customer.
Other terms if any shall be as per agreement.
Any kind of taxes(TDS or Income tax) will be borne by the members.
All legal matters are subject to Bhubaneswar jurisdiction.
