I&CS, a UK based cunsultancy company, in business since October 1985, is the promotor of the project. Over the past 25 years it has provided consultancy and other services to many industry sectors such as Oil, chemicals, IT, Health, travel, Retail and Insurance in the U.K., India and USA. I&CS primarily execute projects, through it's business partnerships and access to the opportunities in growing emerging markets. It operates as an integral part of the community through forums, networks and concentrates on technology and technical related issues across sectors and acros regions.

During the past 3 years the I&CS has focused on clean energy technologies and it has been involved in a programme that facilitates the exchange, adoption, development and commercialisation of key renewable energy technologies and those that improve energy conservation particularly in India.
