STRUCTURE & WALLS & ELECTRIFICATION

• 6" B.B. Masonry external walls.
• 6" or 4" thick Internal walls.
• Light points: 2½ open light points for living and bed room, 1½ light point in kitchen and 1 light point for each W.C., Bath & Balcony and 1 call bell point.
• Power Points: 2 Power points in Bathroom & Kitchen one each.

PLASTER & FLOORING

• Internal Super mix finish plaster to wall only, ceiling will be form finish in C.M.
• External Sand Faced plaster in C.M.
• Vitrified Tiles of 2’ x 2’ size.

BATHROOM & W.C.

• 4' height Color glazed tiles as specified by Promoter including necessary one tank water tap connection & ceiling type shower.
• 23" Orisa Pan white color with flush cock type flushing system including white glazed tile flooring with 2’ height dado for walls.

WASH BASIN & KITCHEN

• One white washbasin of size 16" x 22" provided.
• One Granite top Kitchen otta of size 8' x 2' 6”. The length includes the Steel sink, at location shows in plan 2' high white glazed tiles dado above otta.
• Boring water taps connection in sink from overhead tank.

ENTRANCE DOOR & COLOUR

• Entrance door will be provided of flush door with eye piece and chromium plated aldrop.
• Internal walls: Oil Bond Distemper.
• Doors and windows: Oil paint.
• Ceiling: White wash.
• External walls : Quality cement paint.

WINDOWS & DOORS

• Aluminum window without powder coating & mosquito mesh.
• Precast R.C.C. door Frame with commercial flush shutters with necessary iron oxidized fittings & Fixtures.
