Foundations & Structure :
Framed Structure ( RCC - Columns, Plinth / Tie Beams, Sunshade & Roof Slabs ) Mild steel Arun Rod Floor to floor height of 10 feet.

Wall :
 9” thick load bearing brick work all external walls and
4.1/2” thick brick work for all inside partition walls.

Basement :
4 Feet height from existing ground level filled with pit sand well consolidated and PCC with 40mm jelly to receive flooring, RCC plinth beam at floor level along the load bearing walls will be provided.

Plastering :

Joineries :
 Main door will be of Teak Wood, other rooms flush doors, Toilet Doors will be of PVC, Windows will be of UPVC.

Grills :

Kitchen:
 Platform finished with Granite slab and the wall above platform dadoes with glaze tiles up to a height of 4 feet and SS sink with necessary Tap Connections.

Painting:
 Ceiling –Two coat of white colour.

Inner wall
 Rolex Patti one Coat and one Coat Primer Two Coats Emulsion Paint,

Outer wall
 One Coat white Cement and Two Coats of paint.
 All doors, Windows & Grills will be painted with one coat of primer and 2 coats of Enamel.
