RCC framed structure (a product of Ramco and VSP TMT).

Plastering:
2 coats of plastering on external
Internal air-gaps are coated with single coat plastering.

Polished Entrance teak Veneer Top door, Remaining all doors of well Seasoned country wood Frames with Factory made flush Shutters

Windows:
Well seasoned country wood will be used for windows with M.S. Safety grills, and window shutters with pin head glass.

Cupboards:
Provision for Cupboards and wardrobes

Flooring:
Ceramic tiled flooring with 4"skirting

Kitchen:
Polished Green Granite Cooking Platform with Sink & Glazed tile dadoing upto 1 '6" above Platform

Lofts:
Lofts will be provided in Kitchen only

Toilets:
One Indian style and one Western style toilets and glazed wall tiles dadoing upto 7' height with ceramic tiled flooring

Plumbing:
Hot and Cold water piping with provision for geyser point in attached toilet.

Water Supply:
Adequate water supply through borewell.as well as Municipal bulk water supply.

Electrical:
Concealed copper wiring with necessary points to all rooms with switches & A.C. provision in master bedroom only. No electrical charges.

Painting:
Two coats of distemper for inside walls and two Coats of snowcem for outside walls over a coat of white cement. Two coats of white enamel painting (or) doors and windows over a coat of wood primer.
