Krishna Colonisers was founded in 1959, by the eminent engineer Late
Shri. Ram Ji Agarwal, and was eventually taken under the wing of Shri.
S. Krishna.


Krishna Colonisers is primarily concerned with the development and sale
of residential and commercial properties. We are primarily a
Lucknow-based firm and have been in this industry for over five decades,
with a proven track record of excellence along with incorporating a
highly innovative approach towards transforming landscapes.

Making use of a Non- Conventional Technology, now known as ‘K-Building
System’, Mr. Krishna eliminated the use of bricks, thus increasing
usable floor area which saves 60% construction time and 25% construction
cost. The system is patented by the department of Patent of the
Government of India and approved by:-
