Structure 

• RCC framed structure with Sri Chakra/ Ultratech/Maha or equivalent cement. 

Walls  

• All external walls shall be with 6"and internal walls shall be with 4"' red brick or Acc brick cement mortar with Sri Chakra/ Ultratech/Maha or equivalent cement. 

Plastering 

• Plastering of internal walls and ceiling shall be of cement motor with Sri Chakra/ Ultratech/Maha cement or equivalent. 

Doors 

• Well-seasoned teakwood frame and door and Internal doors will be with well-seasoned country wooden frames with water proof flush door or molded door of Divya / Eagle factory/ Swastik/ or equivalent. 

Windows

• Upvc Window wintech or equivalent. 

Flooring 

• 2x 2 Vitrified tiles with 4" Skirting in all rooms. (Johnson  or equivalent)lx 1 Ceramic tiles in balconies and Utility floor areas. 

Electricals 

• Concealed copper wiring of Finolex or equivalent modular switches in all rooms & kitchen with MCB of standard make. Power Point for AC in all bedrooms, refrigerator and washing machine. 

Bathrooms 

• Kazaria or equivalent Tiles dado upto 6' Height. All C.P. fittings of Jaguar or equivalent make. Provision for water heaters. 

Kitchen Platform

• Black Granite cooking platform and Citizen/Supreme /Jindal or equivalent steel sink with glazed tiles dado of two fee high above platform will be provided in the kitchen. 

Kitchen utility 

• Water taps of Jaguar or equivalent make shall be provided in the kitchen utility for washing area and for washing machine. 

Painting 

• Internal walls and external walls with emulsion paint Asian / Nerolac/Berger or equivalent paint. 

Lift 

• Lift of standard make (Jhonson/Kone or equivalent ) will be provided.

Generator 

• Kirloskar or equivalent Generator will be provided for all common areas staircase, lift and Water pumps .
