GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION (SOIL TEST) 

• ConductingSoil Investigation to determine the STP-Value for the proposed construction. 
• Derivation of a Soil Test LReport with suitable recommendations for the foundation based on the soil investigation. 

FOUNDATION 

• Earthquake resistant R.C.C. framed structure with suitable foundations based on the geotechn ica I investigation report In compliance with IS 1893 - 2016,15 456-2005. 
• Anti-Termite treatment is done. 

STRUCTURE 

• R.CC.framed structure with Porotherrn Bricks RCC columns, beams and slabs designed for seismic resistant complaint using Fe 550D TMT bars. 
• Basement height 2' 6-from the road level 

WALL FINISHES 

• Internal Walls:Smooth putty finish with 2 coats of emulsion paint of reputed brand over one coat of primer. Ceilings will be gypsum plasted with 2 coats of emulsion paint.
• External Walls: Textured finish with 2 coats of emulsion paint of reputed brand. 

FLOORING & WALL TILES 

• Kajaria I Somany or equivalent makeVitrified tiles for living, dining and bedroom. 
• Anti-Skid tiles for bathroom and balcony. 
• Glazed wall tiles up to ceiling height in bathroom Bathroom flooring shall have 3mm spacer with matching epoxy grout. 
• Staircase - Granite Finish. 
• Corridors &Typical floor lobby- Ceramic/ Vitrified tiles 
• Terrace flooring with cool roof tiles. 
• Ceiling length wall tiles in bathroom. 

ELECTRICAL 

• 3 phase electricity supply with concealed wiring and independent metres will be provided. 
• Switches will be modular type mounted on metal boxes from LEGRAND /ANCHOR / equivalent. 
• TV and telephone points will be provided in the living area and master bedroom. 
• AC Point will be provided in the Master Bedroom and provision will be provided in Living & other bedrooms. 
• Foot lamps will be provided in all bedrooms. 
• 15A plug points will be provided for the refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. 
• Geyser points will be provided in the Master Bedroom and provision will be provided in other bathrooms. 
• CCTV Surveillance System. 
• Inverters provision will be provided. 
• WiFi point in the living room.
