Structure :
Structure will be of R.C.C Framed type as per the design of structural engineer.
Walls :
A outer walls will be 150 mm / 104 mm thick in either brickwork or blocks. Internal partition walls will be of 115/75 mm thick in brickwork of blocks.

Fully Vetrified Tiles in Hall, Kitchen, Bedrooms & Balconies. Glazed Tiles in W. C. & Bath.
Plastering :
Internal plastering will be in cement 1:6 whereas external plastering will be sand faced plaster
Door :
Front door will be Bajaj B-secure door with 12 safety latches. Internal doors are of commercial Flush Doors With R.C.C. frame
Window :
All windows will be of Powder coated aluminum sliding windows with M.S. grill in front of it. M.S. Ventilators will be provided in bathroom and w.c. Marble sills to windows.
Toilet :
Toilet will be equipped with 2 Nos. bib taps along with 1 No. shower. There will be Concept/Designer tiles dado and will be equipped with white Orissa pan seat in one toilet and European w.c. along with suitable flushing system in other and 1 No. bib tap. One white hand wash basin of appropriate size will be provided in the toilet area
Bath Fittings :
Jaugar Make Fittings with 10 Yrs of warranty.
Kitchen :
Modular Kitchen of apprppriates size with raised cooking platform will be of Granite top with steel sink of suitable size. Concept/Designer tiles will be provided over it up to a height of 4 feet above platform. There will be 1 No. bib tap in the sink and 1 No. tap will be provided at washing platform.
Electrification :
Average 3.5 points will be provided in each room with concealed wiring and 1 A.C point in master bedroom. All rooms will be provided with Modular switches of good quality. Inverter wiring & Telephone Point in Master Bedroom.
Painting :
All rooms will be painted in Asian/ Dulux plastic paint with water proof coat of full putty in 3 coats. External painting will be in waterproof whethershield paint in suitable colour and shades in 2 coats with base of one coat of white.
Parking :
Full Covered Parking on ground floor and Compound wall shall be provided. All the materials will be of standard quality. Any extra work/ Material, if demanded, shall be payable in advance separately.
