Polished black granite slab finish above RCC kitchen work top slab.
Bath rooms
Light coloured good quality bath room fittings such as cascade EWC, wash basin etc. Medium weight good quality chromium plated bath room taps and fittings etc. Geyser provision in all bath rooms. All plumbing works by using ISI grade pipes and accessories and CPVC pipes for hot water lines.
Sewage
