We
are a partnership concern started in 1982 engaged in the promotion of
residential apartments, commercial complexes and independent houses. The
present partners are Mrs. V. Madhuram, Mr. V. Kumar and Mr. V. Ganesh.
The
firm was started by Late Sri. N. Viswanathan who had a rich engineering
experience of about three decades in building various commercial
complexes, factories, bridges and cranes. He was also associated with a
leading crane manufacturing company and was the first in India to
design, fabricate and erect the prestigious crane at Cochin yard. He
trained his two sons, the current working partners, Mr. V.Kumar and Mr.
V.Ganesh in the construction business.
The
two working partners not only put in their technical knowledge, but
also handle marketing. They communicate with each client to customize
projects to the clients' needs and aim to achieve customer satisfaction
to the fullest. Individual attention to every client, carefully chosen
projects, superior quality and attention to detail sets the firm apart
from the others in the industry.

MADHURAMS, we believe our work speaks for itself. A large fraction of
the client base is friends and relatives of satisfied customers. Our
dynamic and resourceful in-house civil engineers and supervisors ensure
high quality and timely completion of projects. In addition, we are
supported by a team of proficient associates each of who possess a vast
experience in their respective fields.
