• Plastered surface treated with altek and painted with acrylic emulsion.

• Sponge finished plaster and painted with weather proof cement paint.

CLADDING / TEXTURE PAINT

• Sand stone / Slate stone cladding / Texture paint at designated areas.

FLOORING

• Laminate wooden flooring for Master bed room & family room. Vitrified Tile Flooring in Living/Dining/ Kitchen/ Bed Rooms. Ceramic Tile flooring in Toilets & Ceramic Tile Dadoing upto 7' height.

DOORS &WINDOWS

• The Main Door is made of Teak wood frame, panneled shutter finished with melamine polish with good quality hardware.
• The Internal Doors are made up of Teak wood frame and Flush door shutters with laminate / Painted and fixed with good quality hardware.
• UPVC / aluminum folding, sliding doors with glass panel.
• The Windows is made with UPVC window system / Powder coated aluminum window with glass as per design.

WATER PROOFING

• Water proofing treatment for areas exposed to water such as toilets, balconies and terraces.

KITCHEN

• Designed modular kitchen with polished granite platform, stainless steel sink, chimney and storage cabinet.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

• Concealed fire retardant wiring with modular switches.

SANITARY FITTINGS

• Granite counter top wash basins / ceramic counter wash basins in all bath rooms except maids bathroom.
