One Loft will be provided in All Bed Rooms and Kitchen.
Painting
All interior and common walls will be finished with Oil Based Distemper and Grills with Enamel Paint. Building Front Elevation will be finished with ICI Weather Shield Max or Equivalent and other exterior walls with Supercem.
Grill
Grills will be fixed only on the wooden windows.
