Foundation structure
R.C.C Framed structure Mix 1:11/2:3 main wall 9” thick and portion wall 41/2” thick cement mortar 1:6 and 1:5

Plastering
interior and exterior with c.m.1:4 and 1:5 ceiling plastering with c.m. 1:3 smooth plastering for interior surfaces and rough plastering for exteriors.

• Teak wood frame with teak wood panel doors for the main entrance with venial polish, one godraj/super lock provided for main door with brass handle

b) 12’x8’ glazed ceramic tiles for kitchen dado 2’0’ height from the kitchen counter.
c) 13’x10’ glazed ceramic tiles for toilet dado 7’ height from the finished floor level for the toilet flooring 12’x12’ antiskid ceramic tiles

Kitchen
• Polished dblock granite 20mm thick for the platform over the R.C.C slab with edge.
• Stainless steel sink with single bowl
• Necessary open cupboard as per plan with 20mm thick polished cuddapah slab
• Open R.C.C loft (plain no shutter)

Toilets
• European water closet in one toilet (white ) and Indian water closet in other toilet(white)
