1. STRUCTURE : R.C.C. framed structure. Finished floor level

5. LOFT : Each bedroom and kitchen will be provided
with one loft at one side of the room with no

6. ELECTRICAL : Concealed wiring with copper wires,
confirming to ISI specifications. Necessary
safety measures will be taken.
Separate Three phase meter will be
provided.

7. ELECTRICAL POINTS:
Hall cum Dining : One bell point, four light points, two fan
points, two 5 amps plug points, one 15
Amps point a TV and a telephone socket
point.
Bedrooms I : Two light points, one fan point and one 5
Amps point and one A/c Point.
Bedrooms II (If applicable) : Two light points, one fan point and one 5
Amps point and one A/c Point.
Bedrooms III (If applicable) : Two light points, one fan point and one 5

8. SANITARY AND PLUMBING : Concealed plumbing water line by ISI brand

equivalent shall alone be provided (Basic model).
All sanitary fittings are of Parry Ware make
Or equivalent of White colour only (Basic
model).

9. PAINTING : Wooden joineries & grills will be enamel
Painted in Black colour, Walls will be painted putty
with emulsion and ceiling will be painted with
cement paint.
Exterior will be painted with Emulsion Paint.
