Structure 

• R.C.C. Framed structure with cement mortar. 

Superstructure

• Good quality bricks with cement mortar. 

Finishing 

• Plastering to ceiling and walls in CM with spongefinish. 

Flooring 

• Premium Glazed Vitrified Tiles 2X4 in drawing, living, dining, bed rooms, kitchen & balconies . 

Doors 

• Main door will have polished with Teak wood frame with a Teak wood shutterwith necessary safety fittings. Other doors well seasoned Teak wood frames with water proof Marine/Laminated flush doors 

Windows 

• UPVC Frames, Shutters with Safety Grills. 

Kitchen 

• R.C.C Kitchen platform Topped with Granite slab and glazed tiled dadoing upto 2 height above the platform and shelves will be provided Nirlep/Fragile make steel sink or its equivalent will be provided in kitchen. 

Toilets 

• Toilets will be provided with I.W.C/ E.W.C with Wash Basin, Shower Point, Wall Mixture and Tile dadoing upto door level. 

Painting 

• Birla/JK Putty Lupam finishing in drawing, dining, bedrooms &kitchen. One coat of primer and two coats of premiuem emulsion for toilets and sajjas. Internal & External walls with Asian/Nerolac/Nippon. 

Electrical 

• Concealed copper wiring with quality of Finecab/Poly cab cables or its equivalent and switches of ABB/HAVELLS/CPL or its equivalent. 15Amps power sockets shall be provided in kitchen, toilet, dining, wash area and master bedroom only. Adequate light points shall be provided in all rooms. T.V., Telephone and one internet cable connection shall be provided in hall. 

Water 

• CPVC Pipe Lines of make Astra/Aashirwad/Sudhakar will run from over head tank to toilet & kitchen. 

Plumbing 

• Toilets will be provided with E.W.C/I.W.C. Wash basin Hindware/Parryware/Cera/Rassi, shower point, Wall mixer point with Plumber/Hindware/Cera/SSS or its equivalent conforming to standards. Concealed piping with good quality fittings. 

Lift

• Six passengers lift of standard make.
