General


Structure:
• Main structure in RCC frame.
• External plastered walls will be painted with weather shield paint.
• Internal walls will be furnished in Plaster of Paris with acrylic emulsion paint
• External furnish partly exposed laterite stone & part plastered as shown on drawings.

Flooring:
• For Balconies & Terraces exterior ceramic tiles are used.
• Ceramic tiles for Bathrooms/Toilets and dado up to door height.
• In Living, Dining, Study and Bedrooms Vitrified tiles are used for flooring.

Kitchen:
• For the counter top ceramic tile dadoing is done.
• Granite Counter top with double bowl stainless steel sink with ceramic disk single-lever faucet.

Bathrooms:
• Granite vanity top and provision for exhaust fan.
• Standard quality fittings and fixtures are used.

Woodwork:
• All hardware is supposed to be in Antique Brass finish.
• All doors & window frames are made up of Teakwood.
• Internal doors are of Teak styles with Veneers / laminate panels.
• The shutters of Main door & all French window are in Teakwood with clear glass.

Electrical:
• MCB is provided for each unit.
• Good quality electrical switches and general-use socket outlets are provided in all rooms.
