Sushant Lok-II is a planned locality located near DLF Golf Course in Gurgaon. The Ansal Institute, ranked among the best architecture schools in India, is also situated here. Golf Course Road, located nearby, is home to a number of companies. This makes Sushant Lok-II a prime choice for people who work nearby. Because of the number of malls, restaurants, parks, stores, and banks in the area, Sushant Lok-II’s realty value stays quite high. This problem is exacerbated during the monsoon because rains deteriorate the condition of the roads. In some parts there are no proper pavements or zebra crossings for pedestrians making it very difficult to walk around the city. This locality and the ones that surround it have seen an increase in crime over the past few months. The police department are working on the problem and it will, hopefully, be resolved in the near future.

Sushant Lok II is well connected to other parts of the city. The area has easy access to most other localities nearby and ones further away, through the metro system.
