STRUCTURE

• Earthquake resistant R.C.C. Framed structure in accordance with IS code. 

BRICKS

• Table moulded fly ash brick with cement mortar, 6" thick for exterior walls and 4" thick for interior walls 

MAIN DOOR

• Teakwood frame and teak designer shutter with melamine finish on both sides, and fixed with good quality hardware and Godrej or equivalent locks. 

INTERNAL DOORS

• Premium quality moulded doors with well seasoned wooden frames for bedrooms/balconies, waterproof shutters and frames will be provided for bath areas. 

FLOORING

• Premium quality vitrified tiles of size 800mm x 800mm or 2'0"x4'0" from Bronzer7 or equivalent make will be provided in living, dining, bedroom and Kitchen.
• Anti-skid matt finish vitrified tiles provided in balcony and utility areas. 

TOILETS

• Tile dadoing will be done upto lintel level height, wash basin and W.0 of Jaguar/ Parry/ equivalent make, Hot and cold wall mixer with shower, CP fittings of Jaguar/ Parry/ equivalent make. 

WINDOWS

• UPVC sliding windows with float/opaque glass. M.S Safety frills (with enamel paint finish) will be provided near windows. 

PAINTING

• Interior: Two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over two coats of putty.
• Exterior: Two coats of exterior emulsion paint on textured surface. 

ELECTRICAL

• Concealed copper wiring with necessary points/provisions for modern appliances with Modular switches will be provided.
• AC Provisions will be made in all bedrooms and living area.
• TV provision will be made in living and master bedroom.
• Telephone and internet provision will be given in the living area.
• Each flat will be provided with SKIN power earthing with copper wire using loop system. 

Electrical

• Car-Charging Points will be provided in Parking Area 

KITCHEN

• Provision for Modular kitchen. 

UTILITY

• Provision will be made for washing machine.
• The complete utility area will be covered up to 4 feet height with ceramic designer tiles. 

FABRICATION WORKS

• Balcony Railing: SS Railing with Glass. 

LIFTS

• 10 person capacity Automatic lift will be provided from Johnson/Kone. 

GENERATOR

• 24 hrs backup provided through automatic Diesel generator for interference free connection.
• 100% power backup will be provided through Generators to the building (Except A.Cs, Geysers and Refrigerators). 

WATER SUPPLY

• Continuous water supply from bore-well, 

SECURITY

• Surveillance cameras will be provided in all common areas. 

MYGATE

• Intercom unit will be provided only to security room.
