FOUNDATION
6"P.C.C 1:4:8 below brick masonry 1:6 is foundation over sand filling of 1'-0" to 2'-0" as per requirement.
PLINTH BAND
6"thick plinth band at plinth level using 8mm and 6mm dia M.S rod with M 15 concrete.
LINTEL
Continuous lintel or cut piece lintels will be provided at a height of 7' from the plinth level as perequirement with R.C.C 1:2:4 and 6mm/8mm M.S Bars.
SUPER STRUCTURE
The super structure will be constructed with K.B Bricks / Cement Brick masonry having (1:6)cement mortar for 10" thick walls and 5" thick walls will be with 1:4 cement mortar.
KITCHEN / TOILETS
Kitchen and toilets will be as per drawing with tiles floor and dado of toilets will be 4"-6"ht with glazed ceramic tiles of I.S.I standard.
ROOF
R.C.C roof shall be provided at the height of 10'0" from plinth level with R.C.C 1:2:4 (M15)as per the required design.(Normally 4"thick).
FLOORING
All floors of bed room,drawing and dinning rooms will have tiles flooring (16"X16").Bath and kitchen floor shall be of tiles.Kitchen cooking platform shall have green marble.
DOORS :
Main door shall be shall wood /Seasoned wood of suitable section with decorative panels with an eye piece and Godrej lock.The main door will be of 3'6" width and all other doors will be of flush doors in 3'0" width.All the toilets will be provided with flush door of 2'6"width.
WINDOWS
All windows will be powder coated aluminium flanges having sliding glass shutters with proctective MS Grills.
PAINTING
All exterior and interior shall be furnished with cement paints and doors and windows shall be finished with required enamel paints of approved quality.
ELECTRICAL WORKS
Concealed P.V.C pipes will be laid in roofs and walls.The wirs will be of I.S.I standard.Other fittings will be of I.S.I standard plain switches.(Anchore,Maru,Cona).
SANITARY WORKS
The toilets will have 2no.of Indian Pans and 1 no.of western pan,with low tap connections.Each toilet has one towel rail,one soap disc and necessary tap connections .One wash basin and face mirror will be provided in dinning /toilet(Oriplast,Parry ware etc.).
WATER SUPPLY
Individual borewell with suction pump(1HP).(3"dia -80'length).
