construction of residential and commercial complexes. The firm is well
known in the market for their quality of construction and delivery of
the possession. The firm is having over (16) years experience in the
construction and has executed more than 24 ventures successfully. Also
the firm has acquired land admeasuring 2400 sqyds at Karthikeyenagar
near Taranaka on out rate purchase for developing residential flats.

The main promoter and Managing partner of the firm Mr
K.Premchander reddy,a civil engineer by profession and is having rich
experience in the field of construction. He has initially floated a firm
in the name and style of CREATIVE CONSTRUCTINS, a partnership concern
during the year 1991 and has executed many ventures in the name of the
firm. He has gained rich experience of over 16 years in the field. Also
he held the executive directorship in the company Creative Homes and
