* Powder coated Aluminium sliding track windows with standard clear glass shutters.
* Powder coated Aluminium louvered windows in bathroom & W.C.
* Entire flooring will be of good quality Ceramic Tiles.
* Bathrooms/Toilets will have 7' dado of glazed tiles of good quality.
* Granite top cooking platform built with Stainless steel sink and one Tap and 2' glazed tiles over the platform.
* Bathrooms will have C.P. Fittings and concealed plumbing arrangements with one instant geyser only in bathroom attached to Master Bedroom.
* All internal plumbing and sanitary work of concealed type.
