Navkar Lifespaces Private Limited is the flagship company of the Navkar Grooup, a renowned real estate and property development group, based in Mumbai. From humble beginnings, the Company has expanded over time to be an established player in the Mumbai real estate industry. The Company was established in the year 2006, by Mr. Sameer Bhube, an Architect and Mr. Satish Raut. Later, Mr. Mukesh Gala joined the company. Initially set up as a partnership firm, and then one of the promoter Mr. Bhube decided to take the reigns in is hand and converted the firm into a Private Limited Company in 2013.
