General

Structure:
R.C.C. Framed structure.

Super Structure:
Good quality table - moulded bricks for external and internal walls.Walls.

Walls:
All external walls 4½"and internal walls 4½".

Doors:
Main door will have polished Teak wood frame with a Teak wood shutter with necessary safety fittings. Other doors well seasoned teak wood frames with water proof flush shutter.

Windows:
Well seasoned teak wood frames with Teak shutters and standard design of M.S.
Grill.

Finishing:
Plastering to ceiling and walls in CM with sponge finish.Flooring.

Flooring:
Marble flooring with large size marbles in drawing. living and Dining. Marble tiles flooring in Bed rooms, Kitchens, Balconies.

Painting:
Luppam finishing in Drawing, Dining & Bedroom. Toilets & Kitchen one coat of primer and two coats of Oil bound Distemper.

Kitchen:
R.C.C. Kitchen platform Topped with Granite marble slab and with built-in sink and glazed tiled dadooing upto 3' height above the platform and shelves will be provided.

Toilets:
Toilets will be provided with I.W.C/E.W.C. with Wash Basin, Shower Point, Wall Mixture and Glazed tile dadoing upto Door level.

Electrical:
Concealed copper wiring with quality switches. 15 Amps power sockets shall be provided in Kitchen Toilet, Dining and Master Bedroom only. Adequate light points shall be provided in all the rooms. T.V., Telephone and one Internet cable connection shall be provided in hall.

Water Supply:
All pipe lines will run from over head tank to toilets & kitchen.Sanitary

Sanitary:
Toilets will be provided with E.W.C./I.W.C. wash basin, shower point, wall mixer point with confirming to standards.
