The company was originally set up as Neoteric Constructions Pvt. Ltd. in 1985, founder by Shri. R.D.Gupta, the founder, to undertake Construction and Contracting Business. The company further changed its constitution to the Limited Company Knows as Neoteric Construction Ltd. In year 1998.The company began life as a Civil Construction   Contracting Company and has Successfully executed more than 20 prestigious Residential, Commercial Projects .The company subsequently diversified its business to focus on Real Estate Development from the year 1994 with its most popular Project Green Garden Estate, to capture the opportunity offered by the growing Real Estate markets in India.
