The second party pay the consideration money by post dated cheque to the first party.
The second party must pay the 75%(seventy Five percent) of consideration money to the first party before the registration of the sale deed .
After registration the original sale deed must be taken by the first party.
After pay the total consideration money by the second party, the first party must be hand over the original registered sale deed to the second party.
After registration if second party fails to pay the balance consideration money to the first party or any other problem arise or if post dated cheque is bounce that time it is mention that the second party must be handed over the KHAS possession to the first party and given registration in favor of the first party and it is also mention that the total registration cost shall be bear by the second party.
The booking money is fixed by Rs.10000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) only for each plot of land.
