It starts with the end of Emergency laid down by late Smt.Indira Gandhi in the year 1975. The first generation and founder members of group noticed the change happening in the economy since 1976 and could foresee the need of housing and development of properties. They decided to venture into real estate market of Bombay and all three of them resigned from nationalised bank's secured job and formed Partnership Firm. In 1978 they purchased a vast open land at Kandivali (West) in Bombay suburban area. It was beginning of first big housing colony and thereafter the group never stopped.
