Main Doors : All door frames of African Teak of section with TeakWood shutters with standard SS hardware.

Painting :

External - Putty/texture finish walls with Weather Proof emulsion paint of BERGER/ASIAN Brand. 

Internal - Putty finished walls with one coat of primer and 2 coats of Premium Plastic Emulsion paint of BERGER/ASIAN Brand. 

Flooring : Vitrified (Double Charged) tiles of Gujarat make. 

Bathrooms : 
Tiling : Antiskid flooring tile, with Tiles dado on the wall. 
Sanitary ware: EWC and Wash Basins of CERA make in all the Toilets. 
Faucets: All faucets of STAG or equivalent make. 
Plumbing - All water lines of UPVC of FLOWGUARD/AASHIRWAD or equivalent make and drainage lines of PVC PRINCE or equivalent make. 

Kitchen : Granite Platform with S.S. Sink with Tiles dado on the wall. 

Electrical : 
Wires : Concealed flame retardant wires of ISI mark of HAVELLSN-GUARD or equivalent make. 
Switches : All modular switches of PANASONIC or equivalent make.
