Evolving from M/s Rayalaseema Constructions, Hyderabad, our present
company M/s. NIYAS PROJECTS is focused at providing unprecedented
combination of style and comfort in building homes. This is founded and
run by a young dynamic international entrepreneur, Mr.G.Vinod Reddy,
with exposure in building beautiful customized homes alone for a decade.
Our visionary, Mr.Vinod Reddy, M/s Niyas Projects, is a steely persona
with a history of variety of constructions. His presence in the realty
corporation is backed by years of watching structures raised by
generations of his family members.

The idea of a home differs very minimally from person to person. All of
us want a structure built with inanimate objects to induce emotions in
us to continue to live in there. I have always observed that every home
buyer looks for a combination of standards that can serve at least two
generations in his family. The concept of GATED COMMUNITY is precisely
serving the yearn of a young professional who wants to provide his
immediate family, a microcosm of the real world. My ambition is to build
houses which can easily convert into beautiful homes with members of a
family enjoying the latest in style and safest in comfort. My penchant
for working in realty is mostly familial. The urge in turning a mere
land into housing numerous thriving lives celebrating festivals,
birthdays, and other happy occasions in palatial villas is unmistakable.
It was a call from within. That makes me fundamentally very different
from others who could have found this business as a venture. Our
