Structure

• R.C.C. framed structure with red bricks to withstand Wind and Seismic Loads.

Plastering

• Internal and external with double-coat cement plastering.

Doors

• Main door of 3’5” X 7’ Teak wood with designer veneer shutter with melamine polish with brass / SS fittings, Internal door of 2’6” X 7’ Teak wood with designer veneer shutter with melamine polish SS fittings / HDF designer skin molded door shutters.

Windows

UPVC sliding shutters with mosquito mesh track provision designed with MS painted grills.

Painting

• Internal: Two coats of putty and Asian Tractor Emulsion paint over a base coat of primer in all rooms.
• External: Asian Apex painting with Wall Care putty and texture.
• Common Area: Asian Tractor Emulsion.

Bathroom

• All fixtures are CP=coated of Hindware or equivalent make, EWC wall-mounted with concealed flush tank or single piece is provided,Hot and cold wall mixer with shower, provision for geyser.

Flooring

• Somany Ceramics or equivalent 2’X2’ vitrified tiles flooring for hall, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, balcony and utility. Anti-skid tiles in toilets.

Corridors / Staircase

• Granite flooring for staircase and corridor, SS railing for staircase.

Utilities/Wash

• Washing machine and dishwasher provision are provided with Anti skid tiles and wall cladding up to 4’ height.

Rain Harvest Pit

• Rain harvest pits are provided to increase ground water level.

Kitchen

• Black granite platform with stainless steel sink. Provision for chimney, water purifier, microwave oven and Glazed ceramic tiles dado up to 2’ height above kitchen platform.

Electrical

• Three-phase power supply for each flat. Concealed conduits with good quality copper wire - V-Guard or equivalent. Modular electrical switches of Legrand or equivalent. One Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) for each room. Points for geyser in toilets, washing machine or dining, microwave oven in kitchen, AC in all bedrooms, TV telephone point in living and master bedrooms. Internet point provision in children’s bedrooms.

Telecom/Security

• Telephone point in Living. Intercom facility to all units connecting Security and CCTV cameras.
