The legal team specializes in legal scrutiny and Title Reports of lands and all sorts of Legal documentation / paper works incidental thereto. The team is capable of handing registrations of over two hundred acres in a month.



North East Properties also boasts of having an in-house expertise team for all kinds of liasoning works. The liasoning works includes but not limited to obtaining sale permissions, land conversions, change of land use, plan sanction, Khata registration, survey and Phody etc. in the record time frame. The Liasoning team has as on date have obtained Sale Permission from Government under PTCL Act for more than 200 acres; Sale Permission from Deputy Commissioner for over 100 acres; Land Conversion for around 500 acres; Plan Sanctions for over 150 projects / acres; Khata registration / transfer for over 600 acres, survey and Phody of over 1000 acres.
