• Main door: MaM door good quality teak wood frame with leak wood door Maier well outside brass fitting.
• Internal doors: Sal wood frame and moulded flush door shutters.
• Windows UPC sliding windows with mosquito mesh & MS safety grills.

PAINTING

Interior walls:

• Inside One coat of primer With two coats 0.B D. paints.

Exterior walls:

• outside one coat of primer with two coats water pool cement paints and Enamel paints to door and window grills.
