DOORS & WINDOWS – All doors are wooden frame with decorative main door & windows in powder coated aluminum section white safety grill with necessary S.S. fittings & enamel paint.

WALL FINISH – Internal smooth finished plaster with white putty and external double coat sand faced plaster with acrylic paint.

KITCHEN – Sandwich platform with granite top with S.S sink and colored glazed tile dado up to lintel level.

UTOILETS & PLMBING – Glazed tiles dado up to lintel level in all toilets. Cera/ equivalent sanitary ware and jaguar/ Equivalent C.P fittings in toilets.

ELECTRIFIACTION – IS Connected copper wiring with modular switch including T.V and telephonic point in drawing room & A.C point in all bedroom.
