M/S P & P Associates is a partnership firm established on 5.1.2004 in Guwahati City.Since its inception, the firm has been actively involved in real estate development in Guwahati City catering to the housing needs of a growing urban population. The firm has established a reputation as a quality builder and promoter within a very short period of time. Prakash Basumatary is the Managing Partner of the firm, Kamruz Zaman is the second partner. Paranay Basumatary is the Third partner.

Prakash Basumatary is a Chemical Engineer from NIT Durgapur and has 6 years work experience of working in reputed companies. Kamruz Zaman is a M.Sc from Gauhati University and well experienced in Business.The partners have devoted substantial time and effort for bringing success to the firm.

Initially the partners started their business in the year of 2000, establishing M/S P & P Digital Colour Lab-the first Digital Colour Laboratory in the North East. in the year of 2004, with the establishment of M/S P & P Associates, the firm commenced real estate promotion, construction and marketing of flats and apartments.

M/S P & P Associates is manned by highly competent engineers, architects, managerial personnel, lawyers and other professionals who work as a team to give quality service to our clients. Since inception, we have completed 5 medium and large projects and currently we have more than 4 ongoing projects Every year we have recorded increases in the value and number of projects thereby registering upward growth of our firm
