Padmanchal Greens Pvt. Ltd. is a venture promoted and under the Management of persons having experience in conceptual planning of development, construction and marketing of group housing, high rise, villas, commercials and all kinds of builders property.

The main promoter of the Company is young, dynamic,

sharp, and intelligent and through business like is a Bachelor of Information and Technology. He has to his credit 16 years of experience of marketing, conceptual planning of real estate, he is a person who understands his business in depth and his capacity to build up the business and organization is par excellence.

Other promoter in a very senior person basically a Chartered Accountant by education, but having vast experience in real estate development for more than 18 years. He has also passed the COURSE OF STUDY IN REAL ESTATE from Real Estate School, New York approved by the Secretary of State in accordance with provision of Chapter 868 of the Laws of 1977. He was also a member of the Governing Council of India Building Congress and a very senior functionary of The Indian Builders Association. He has to his credit completion of various projects on All India basis.

Another promoter is educationist by profession and is in the business of real estate for the last 10 years and he has very vast experience in conceptual planning development marketing of real estate projects and he has in the short time handled more than 2000 dwelling units in the Multi Storey and other high rise housing projects. He is energetic, hardworking and in depth in real estate development.
