Structure
RCC framed structure with brick filler walls ( Earthquake resistant )

Toilets
Provisions of hot & cold water pipes in all toilets. Coloured glazed tile dado upto 7 ft. Sanitary / Chinaware in light coloured shade of standard make C.P. fittings of standard make.

Kitchen
Polished Granite work top. Stainless steel sink with drain board. Glazed tile dado on walls upto 2 ft over counter.

Doors & Windows
All frames in wood duly painted. 35 mm thick commercial flush doors, duly painted. Window shuttered in wood duly painted. Main entrance to be of flush door suitably decorated on both sides.

Hardware
Shutter hinges in steel. All other fittings shall be anodized aluminium. All doors except those in toilets & kitchen to be provided with a Mortice lock.

Flooring
Vitrified tiles flooring in drawing / dinning and in all bedrooms. Ceramic tile flooring in toilets and kitchen. Decorative patterned floor in passages & lobbies.

Internal Finishes
POP Cornices in drawing / dinning and in all bedrooms. Oil bound distemper in pleasing shades on walls.

External Finishes
Textured paint finished

Electrical Work
Electrical work with copper wires in concealed PVC conduits. Provision shall be made for sufficient lighting, power points, TV aerial point in master bedroom & living room. Telephone points in all rooms.
