Pavitra Group, founded by Mr.Vijay M. Pohekar, has been in the field of land development, and construction since 1993.




We successfully completed about more than 90 acres at various locations ranging from high-end group housing projects to commercial & retail related buildings. We have more than 1500 happily residing clients from Mumbai and Nashik. Currently we hold about 90 acres of land at Igatpuri where agricultural and non-agricultural plots are available for sale.
