Perfect Builders was found by Late.Mr.C.Somasundara Pandian, who was a retailer in construction materials, in Madipakkam, together with S.Senthil Kumar and A.Basava Punnah Reddy during 2007. After becoming a private limited company in 2it is currently managed by S.Senthil Kumar and A.Basava Reddy who both have completed their B.Tech (Information Technology) in Crescent Engineering College (2004 Passed out).
