TILE CLADDING AND DAODING

• Dadoing upto 7’0” height in toilets.Glazed ceramic  tiles upto 2’0” height  above kitchen platform with stainless steel sink in the kitchen. Marble/granite designer  floor for corridors.Marble/granite for lift wall cladding.

COMMUNICATION

• Telephone points in all bathrooms and living rooms.Intercom facility connection in all service units and security.
• Cable TV: Provision in all bedrooms and living rooms.

PAINTING

• Internal: Premium emulsion paint with roller finishing for both wall and ceiling.
