Structure
RCC framed Structure.
Flooring
Drawing, dining & bed room shall be of 2X2 vitrified tiles. Kitchen & balcony shall be of matt finishing tiles and the kitchen platform shall be of polished granite top.
Toilet shall be of antiskid ceramic tiles.
Staircase, shall be of one or more Indian marble combination. Parking area shall be of best quality cement besed tiles.
Well & Ceilings

Terms & Conditions
he cost of the Duplex 1 & 6 shall be charged 5% extra over the total unit cost.
Every individual duplex houses shall be given possession within 18 month from the date agreement issued.
