General

Structure
RCC frame structure with Hollow / Solid Concrete Blocks / Brick masonary. Earthquake resistant structure. Internal & external walls with plaster finish.

Flooring
Vitrified tile floor in all areas of the flat, except toilets where ceramic tile flooring and glazed tiles up to 70 height are used. All common areas are with 20 mm thick granite slabs with skirting, staircase treads and rises are with granite finish.

Doors & Windows
First quality teakwood used for all frames. Main Doors to have paneled shutter, factory pressed shutters for all other doors. All windows will be sliding / openable, powder coated aluminium windows with MS grills.

Plumbing
All water supply line inside the toilets, kitchen and utility are concealed. Pipes used are B Class G1 pipes and sanitary pipes are of SWR PVC. All toilet fixtures including tapes and showers are of Jaguar make. Adequate ducts are provided for each toilet and kitchen / utility for easy maintenance. Underground sump tanks, bore wells and overhead tanks are provided for continuous 24 hour water supply, in addition to City water supply.

Electricity
Concealed conduit copper wires are used with good quality switches. Adequate number of light and heating points are provided. Telephone, Cable TV points, two air-conditioner points are provided. Adequate No. of MCB and ELCB's are provided for each flat.

Generator
Sound insulated, acoustic enclosed generator of adequate capacity. There is also a standby generator provided to run lifts, water pumps, common area lighting. In addition, each flat is provided with 1 KW of generator power supply to run lights and TV.

Painting
Interiors are painted with plastic emulsion, doors and MS grills with enamelled paint Exteriors are painted with weather resistant paints of good quality.

Lift
Eight automatic lifts of 6 / 8 passenger capacity catering to the all floors, from basement to seventh floor.

Landscaping
All open spaces in the premises are very well landscaped.
