Type of Construction :
Seismic resistant R.C.C. framed structure conforming to I.S.I. Specifications.

Bathroom & Toilets :
Hot and cold water pipes without attachement of geyser in master and common bathroom, ceramic tiles of the size 8X12 upto 6 ft. height. Standard size commode and O.T. pan cistern and wash basin with pedestail of withe colour will be suitably fitted in two toilets. Water lines with concealed CP fittings. Toilet floors finshed with standard qualitywhite marble of the size 1ftX1.5 ft. Toilet will be provided with one soap stand , towel stand, and cistern fittings.

Kitchen :
Granite polished Marble working top with stainless steel sink and 2 ft. height cermic tiles above the working counter.

Doors :
Flush doors in all room with wooden frames of the size 5x3. The front main door will be of wooden door polished with vernish.

Flooring :
White marble of the size 2 ft X 2 ft will be fitted in all the rooms. Marble flooring of white colour will be fitted in front of lift and passage.

Windows :
Aluminium framed sliding window , fitted with glass and grill.

Painting :
Internal walls finshed with plaster of paris. External walls of the building coated with water prood external paints.

Electrical :
All copper wiring in concealed conduits. Adequate provision for sufficient light and power points for better illumination with modular switches.
