The development story of Sector-81 can be traced back to the recent times. The construction of swank residential projects established by reputed developers in the locality led to a spurt in the growth of Sector-81.
The development of Meethapur Palla Road near Badram Enclave and Kalindi Kunj Mithapur Road near Madanpur Khadar, was another factor, as it increased connectivity between Noida and Sector-81, contributing significantly towards the locality’s overall growth.

Starting from Badarpur Metro Station onwards, this route is to be extended up to YMCA Chowk in Faridabad. This new route will cover just under 14km with 9 stations placed in between. This project, once completed, will increase connectivity to Sector-81 and influence the property values of the area positively.
The proposal to construct a six-lane, single-span bridge, connecting Sectors 81-86 to Sectors 14-17, would improve connectivity within the city. This project would make Sector-81 more accessible to other areas of the city, and would attract realty investors in good numbers.
