• Structure designed to withstand earthquake tremors. tiles in bathrooms upto lintel levels. 

DOOR FRAMES 

• Matte finished compressed box type wooden frame for main and internal doors, Granite frame for kitchen balcony and toilets 

DOOR SHUTTERS 

•  Main Doors shutter shall be of solid core flush type Veneered Panel and All Internal Door shutter shall be of solid core flush type laminated shutter. 

LIFTS

•  2 lifts of international brand.

• Concealed ISI mark wiring with sufficient electrical points in all rooms.
