M/s Raj Builders is a proprietorship concern with me (A.MAHARAJAN) as the Proprietor, started in the year 1983. I, A. Maharajan, am a qualified Civil Engineer with more than 28 years experience in the construction field. M/s Raj Builders have been promoting flats at various places in and around Chennai. We have promoted individual flats also. We are also maintaining quality of construction by using quality materials and hence people who purchase flats / building from us, introducing purchasers for our new projects.

We have employed experienced Supervisors to oversee the work of various sites. I, (A. Maharajan) myself personally supervise the work to ensure quality of works and timely completion of the projects. We have steadily improved our performance over the years.
