MASTER PLAN
1) Maintenance of Parks and landscaped areas includes watering of plants, manuring and up
keeping of the garden.
2) Providing 1 security guard round the clock.
3) Plumber, Electrician or civil engineer on call.
4) Cleaning of
a) Sump and Over Head Tank once in Two Months.
b) Storm water drains as and when required.
