The main object of this company is to develop township and construction of houses. We have constructed a Marriage Hall and a Star Hotel "THE ASHOK RESIDENCY” in Iyyapanthangal.

M/s. SIVA SANKAR IMPEX was started in the year 1996 as an export oriented unit which manufactures Gauze Swabs and Non Woven Swabs to cater to the Canadian, Swedish and Denmark market. This unit is an ISO 9001 company.

M/s. ASHOK RESIDENCY LTD : In the year 1999 M/s.Ashok Residency was started as a business class star Hotel on Mount Poonamallee high road having 65 A/C rooms, Multicuisine Restaurant , banquet halls & Permit Room.

M/s. EMERGENCY KITS INDIA PVT LTD., an ISO 9001-2008 company was started in the Year 2000. This company is in the business of manufacturing First aid Kits which is mandatory for all new vehicles. This company has registered as an OEM supplier to HYUNDAI, TVS, HINDUSTAN MOTORS, ASHOK LEYLAND, TOYOTA, GENERAL MOTORS, VOLKSWAGEN, SKODA and FORD INDIA, with a market share of 80% in India.

M/s. REDIMEDI : was started in the year 2001. The main object of the company is to manufacture & market the First Aid Kits to IT companies, Government Organisation research Institutes , Police Department, Railway Department, Defence and other Public Sector Companies.
