R.C.C. Slab:
Framed structure with Brick Panel walls plastered and ceiling and putty finish in all rooms including common area.

Flooring:
Vitrified Tiles : In living cum Dining, Bed Rooms and Kitchen.
Wooden Flooring : For Master Bed Room only.

Toilets:
Ceramic Flooring (matt finish) and dado with glazed tiles upto 7'0", good quality C.P Fittings will be provided with white colour sanitary wares. Wash Basins will be of white colour. Wall mounding model western closet and table top Wash basin will be provided in the toilets.

Joineries:
Doors Main door with teak frame & teak panels with brass fitting and inner door with ornamental flush door with enamel paint.
Windows - Aluminum Micro coating windows with plain glass panels.
Bathroom Doors - Water Proof Panelled fiber doors with frames.

Kitchen:
Raised cooking platform with Granite top with S.S.Sink with drain board. Glazed Tiles will be provided for a height of 3' for the length of the Cooking platform. Granite shelves will be provided.

Bed Rooms:
Wardrobe spaces will be provided with R.C.C. Loft.

Electrical Wiring:
3 Phase supply with concealed wiring in P.V.C. Conduits with good quality copper cables (Finolex) with good quality modular switches will be provided. One standby auto start sound proof generator facility for the common area & lift with 500 watts power backup for each flat. Telephone wiring line will be provided.

Painting:
POP for all rooms' wall and ceiling, with putty and good quality paint finish. POP cornice work in hall and dining.

Water Supply:
(a) Ground water with sufficient depth to give continuous supply of water with over head tank fitted with motor and pump. A sump with motor will be provided in the ground to store corporation water and a separate overhead tank will be provided on the roof to facilitate supply only in kitchen.
(b) Water softening system will be provided for the ground water.
Pathways - Common Area will be paved with Rubber Moulded Interlocking stones.
