12” x 12” anti skid ceramic tiles for toilets, balcony & service areas.

DADOING:
Glazed tiles (12” x 8”) - 7' height for toilets, and 2' height for kitchen countertops.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen Counter top with Black Granite and S.S.Sink.

PLUMBING & SANITATION:
Hot & Cold water provision in Master Bed Room toilet and Cold Water provision in Common Toilet.
All C.P. fittings: Metro make or equivalent.
Sanitary fittings : Parryware, Hindware or equivalent. Rain water Harvesting with necessary.
